When you write in, please let us know the page or game you are writing about (a URL is ideal), what happened, and which browser and device you were using. The more context you give, the faster we can help.
What to write us about
- Bug reports — a game will not load, a page is broken on mobile, a link points to the wrong category, a thumbnail is missing.
- Game suggestions — you played a great sorting puzzle somewhere else and think it belongs on SortFun.
- Copyright and takedown — if you are a developer or rights holder and believe a game is embedded on SortFun without the proper license, please email us with the game title, the URL, and proof of ownership. We review takedown requests within 48 hours and remove games promptly when the request is legitimate.
- Advertising and partnerships — we run advertising via Google AdSense on SortFun. If you have a direct partnership proposal, please email us with your company, the offer, and the pages you are interested in.
- Privacy requests — to exercise rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, describe your request and we will respond. See our Privacy Policy for what data SortFun actually collects (not much).
- General feedback — tell us what you like, what you hate, or which category you wish we had.
What we cannot help with
SortFun curates and embeds third-party games. We cannot patch bugs inside individual games, unlock levels, recover game progress tied to a specific provider, or refund in-game purchases made through a developer's own ad network. For issues inside a specific game, the game's own developer is the right place to ask. If we know which developer owns the title, we will happily point you in their direction.
