Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I place the wrong figurine in a cart?
The cart rejects the object and it returns to its original slot in the top row. Your progress on that cart doesn't reset — you just need to try the correct figurine.
Can I place figurines back on the shelf once picked up?
No. Once you pick up a figurine, you can only drop it into a customer's cart. If it's rejected, it automatically goes back to the shelf; you cannot cancel the action manually.
Are there different difficulty levels between puzzles?
Yes. Higher-numbered puzzles introduce more customers and sometimes require sorting vegetables or animals that look visually similar, so you must read the request board carefully.
What happens when the top shelf runs out of figures but a customer's cart is still empty?
That situation shouldn't occur because each level has exactly the same number of figurines as total customer requests. If all figurines are used, all carts should be filled.
